Fluorocarbon spraying is based on polyvinylidene fluoride for building fluorocarbon coatings, and fluorocarbon spraying aluminum veneer has been commercialized, and people have already seen fluoride.
Because fluorocarbon coatings have excellent indoor weather resistance such as "anti-corrosion and anti-fading", their application prospects in the field of construction are very broad.
Under the protection of fluorocarbon coatings, thousands of buildings all over the world are shining brightly.
This type of paint is baking varnish, about 230C. Therefore, fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer, commonly known as painted aluminum veneer.
The external wall fluorocarbon spraying aluminum veneer spraying process is generally divided into two layers, three layers or four layers.
The chemical structure of fluorocarbon-based materials is a fluorocarbon/carbonized bond. This short bond structure combined with hydrogen ions is the most stable.
Starting from the physical properties of ordinary coatings, the strongest combination of fluorocarbon coatings, the stability and robustness of the chemical structure were determined. In addition to mechanically excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, especially in harsh weather and environments, it is resistant to ultraviolet rays. Fluorocarbon coatings have excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can resist acid rain, salt spray and various air pollution. It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, strong ultraviolet radiation resistance, fast color retention, long powder retention time and long service life.
The service life of the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer produced by the aluminum veneer manufacturer is 10 years, and the guarantee is 20 years for 15 years.
